God’s Work, Our Hands

Get ready!

Apostles Lutheran will once again be helping our friends and neighbors in and around Gloucester. As in years past we will be dong yard work and power washing for folks in our community in need. We will meet in the parking lot at 9:00 AM on October 25th and head out to do the work. We plan on finishing by 1:00 PM and return to church for lunch.

We need volunteers for the outdoor work team as well as some folks to make lunch for all the workers. Keep your eyes open for the sign up sheet in the narthex! Jesus commands us to love our neighbors as ourselves. This is your opportunity to answer Gods call!

The indoor project for this year's God's Work, Our Hands will be providing lunch for the folks who will be doing the outdoor portion. Lunch will be provided at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 25th. If you would like to help with this, please let me know by Monday, October 20th, and what you would like to provide. Needed are for 10-15 people.
