News and Updates for Our Community of Faith

 

- Pastor Jay will be in the office Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM - he is also available by phone and email - 570-205-7506 and j80j84@msn.com. 

- The Congregation Council will be meeting Monday night at 7:00 PM - anyone is welcome to attend.  

- Jubilee Churches will be meeting on Wednesday, June 10th, at 9:30 AM at New Mount Zion Baptist Church. 

- Adult Bible study (Understanding the New Testament) continues Wednesday, June 10th, at 6:00 PM - bring a sandwich to eat and the study will begin at 6:30 PM. 

- The Apostles Women's Group will be meeting on Saturday, June 13th, at 10:00 AM - all women of Apostles are welcome to attend!!

- Sunday is World Hunger Sunday - please remember your offering - UNTIL ALL ARE FED!!

- Finally, a big THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our Pride Sunday worship and fellowship yesterday possible!! The cake and flowers were beautiful - thanks to Irene Albert and Betsy Liljeberg!!
